💕 Processing Time
Each Crème De La Bling creation is handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, customization level, or special requests. Rush orders are available for an additional fee (if applicable).
🚚 Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
Available shipping options at checkout include:
• USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
✉ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Crème De La Bling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
